This is the house i grew up in, at least until i was about 9. This picture was taken about 6 months before i was born. Ashland is famous for The Judds (Naomi and Wynonna), and for Ashland Oil, which was a sponsor of the Gomer Pyle show. Naomi Judd occasionally babysat for my older brother when my parents had a house previous to the one i knew. @B I suppose I did enjoy it.That said, I was only 9 when I left. I love the memories of being young and growing up in a small town. It was pretty "Barney Fife" and all.
