He'll be 10 in three days, on Nov 18, but we're celebrating with him early because I have to work all day till 8 that day. A Jango Fett Lego and donuts now, lunch and The Peanuts Movie later.

The Color Run

My kids ran (and walked) a 5K with their mom today. Looks like they had a blast.

We played today

I picked the kids up at 1pm, and we went to the park near their house. They hadn't played there in a long time, but still enjoyed it - tag, zipline, swinging, slides....and meeting a dog. A lady was walking her gorgeous Sheltie past and stopped to let him get petted by us. He has a mottled coat of long fur, and his eyes were each a different color. He was super friendly, and the meeting left Thea wanting a Sheltie! She's been jonesing for a puppy for a while now.

Then they climbed a cool tree

Near the tree we met another dog - this time a frisky Husky who was small (I thought still a puppy, but was wrong) and had bright, piercing, sky blue eyes and a white/black/grey mottled coat.

Oh, and then...

I found a fork in the road.
